(Wed, 04 Jun 2008 04:07:26 GMT)
Retirement account :
OK. B. Hussein Obama is proposing that the cap on social security be removed. This means that companies will be required to pay substantially more in FICA taxes. Since companies generally budget a fixed amount for payroll, how will this increase affect the average worker when the company eliminates the matching contribution for 401K retirement accounts to offset the increase? I don't see any positive benefit for me if the company stop matching my 401K contribution.

Hmmm... I think that might be a little more effective to fund my own personal retirement then having the government steal it from me and never see it again.
And yes I know about the 4000 a year limit on IRA's, after that limit i would put the money into a savings account
I'm being sarcastic,
The government STEALS 6.2% of MY paycheck that I worked for and EARNED.
Im more then happy to pay my taxes for roads and the post office and police (But not schools, public school sucks)
but I do not
