* On New Years Eve you don't have to go out to the fireworks. Just dip your cigarette into a jar of ground up sparklers.

A co-worker who is an okay person is also annoying. Every day is a "Pity-Me Party". She's been going on & on about her sorry husband for years. But has only slacked because I've started replying w/ "Well, unless you're going to divorce him...".
Then I also have to listen to constant medical problems that most of us feel are made up to get sympathy & excuse her poor working habits. And everyone is constantly having to pick up her slack while she whines about everything. And yes...those

My spouse has filed for a divorce. My spouse is not looking for any divison of assets that include the house or retirement. Can a judge impose a division of property even though we agreed on the property/assets? Basically we are parting our separate ways and my spouse wants nothing to do with my retirement or the house. If my spouse isn't seeking alimony, can a judge impose that as well?
Also, since this is an uncontested divorce, do I need a lawyer?

Retirement party :
The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A death. What's that, a bonus? You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, and you get ready
