Voting Question: Teenage frustration and boredom? How to overcome?
(Mon, 30 Aug 2010 04:31:29 GMT)
At times I just feel bored and frustrated with everything. I feel like i'm not doing anything and it just leaves me feeling dissapointed. Sometimes I just want to leave (i'm only 16) and go and do something different. I know I can't though, my life is basically planned out for me (school, job, marriage, family, retirement, death) and I don't want to hurt my family. That's just the way it is. Any advice on if I should go off and do my own thing (doesn't have to be drastic or crazy, if that's wh

Voting Question: I heard xylocaine can shrink your balls, is that what happen to Floyd?
(Fri, 23 Jul 2010 21:52:09 GMT)
Uh... really Floyd? Are you serious? These are the words tip-toeing from the mouth of the self-proclaimed “best fighter ever”? The guy just a year removed from a year's worth of retirement talking about relaxing and vacation? The HBO quoted “prize-fighter” who always goes for the big payday?
Floyd fans can try their best to explain this away, but it won't be easy. How do you nickname yourself "Money" Mayweather but treat the biggest payday of your career like it's a part-time job at Checkers?

I have this small blank book that I am using, and I have been cutting out pictures from magazines, but I'm not sure what else to put in it...poems, quotes? I don't know. I wondered if anyone has any ideas for me of what else I could put in it.

Oh my Jay-Hova! I am tired of hearing, day in and day out, for the past 1-2 weeks, about where, o where, LeBron might go. The man is a great player (and that "great" should be capitalized) and is rightly deserving of his MVP accolades. Shawn Michaels is telling his friends that he will be retiring at (or after) WrestleMania.
HBK has been quoted of saying that he wants to spend more time with his children.
This though is not just a rumor. Many facts back this up such as his contract which is set to expire soon and the fact that he is not advertised for any show to be held after Wrestlemania.
Last year, Shawn said, in a radio interview, that he had given WWE his retirement date which close to this year's WrestleMania.

Resolved Question: Why do some feel like those living on fixed income can actually *save* money somehow?

My wife and I have been living on fixed income for some time--despite having jobs, despite doing everything we can to be (quote un quote): "productive".
Our amounts have fluctuated in recent months going from $339 a month to now $214 a month.
But some people think that we can *still* save money!
How? For what?
A house?
A car?
College tuition?
Let's just say--for example--that we are able to save money.
$16 a month on average--and that's *only* if we have any money leftover--okay?

Resolved Question: What Can Happen to Me...IRS?
(Wed, 11 Nov 2009 01:26:08 GMT)
I ignorantly joined the NYC Department of Education
